Hurricanes. Ice storms. Tornado winds. Lightning strikes.
North Carolina weather doesn’t mess around — and neither do we.
Since 2007, Arborex has been the trusted emergency tree removal service for homeowners, businesses, HOAs, and even NCDOT. We’ve handled thousands of storm-damaged trees across Wake, Durham, and Orange counties, including during Hurricanes Matthew and Florence.
When disaster hits, you need a tree service that shows up — fast.
What to Do If a Tree Falls on Your Home
- Stay clear – Leave the area and avoid downed power lines.
- Call 911 if necessary – If power lines are involved or safety is in question.
- Call Usman at Arborex – We’ll guide you through the next steps, get the tree off your structure, and secure your home.
- Document the damage – Take photos for insurance and we’ll provide the rest.
The faster we remove the tree and tarp the roof, the more damage we can prevent — and the smoother your insurance claim will go.
